Yield: 115 g (½ Cup) Prep Time: 2 minutes Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 60 g (2 Cups) Pandan Leaves

  • 120 g (½ Cup) Water

Recipe

  1. Blend the leaves and water until a watery paste forms.

  2. Strain this through a fine mesh sieve, pressing against the paste to squeeze all of the juice out.

    Serving: Best served chilled.

    Storage: Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

    Pairing: Best used in Pandan Khanom Chan.
